You now have more options when it comes to buying our products:
1) We can post orders made online.
2) Buy our products online and then select pick up at our Lancing Collection Point.
3) Browse the Home & Garden Extras catalogue at our Lancing premises and buy your products then and there.
Where can you pick up your order?
You can pick up your order at our new Collection Point location in the reception of our Lancing premises at Chartwell House, 40 Chartwell Road, BN15 8TY – opposite Shoreham Vehicle Auctions.
When can I pick up my order?
The Home & Garden Extras Collection Point service is available Monday to Friday from 9am - 4.00pm.

How the Collection Point service works when ordering online
1) The decision to choose either delivery of local pickup is made at the checkout stage. Please note: You cannot choose to have some items delivered and some items be picked up on the same order. If one or more items do not qualify for pick up, you will have to place two separate orders.
2) When you reach the checkout stage of your purchase, choose the option to pick up your order.
3) You will only be able to use the pick up service if all items in your basket are eligible for local pickup
4) Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an order email/sms to confirm that your item/s are ready to pick up.
5) Orders not picked up within seven days of purchase will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Not all of our products will be in stock at all times. We recommend you check the website before travelling to our Collection Point premises.
How the Collection Point service works when ordering on the phone
1) If a product is available for Collection Point service, our customer care team can advise you when taking payment over the phone. Please note: You cannot choose to have some items delivered and some items be picked up on the same order. If one or more items do not qualify for pick up, you will have to place two separate orders.
2) When you reach the payment stage of your purchase you will be advised by our Customer Care team if your items/s are eligible for pick up.
3) Once you have completed your order, you will be sent an email to confirm when your item/s are ready to pick up.
4) Your order confirmation number will be your order Collection Point number.
5) Orders not picked up within seven days of purchase will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
