UK Mainland Deliveries
We offer a flat rate of £3.99 postage and packaging per order or all orders for delivery within the UK Mainland.
The estimated delivery time on all orders is 2 -3 working days.
Next-day delivery is offered on select products when ordered before 2pm. This is charged at £5.99. Please note this service is dependent on the delivery Postcode and product ordered.
We always select the best courier based on the items (or combination of items) you have purchased. The couriers we use include DHL e-commerce, DPD and Evri. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Upon receiving this email, you will have courier option to re-schedule delivery, or have the parcel left with a neighbour or somewhere safe outside if you’re not at home on the scheduled delivery day.
Deliveries to UK Offshore Islands and outside of the UK
We do have pricing for Northern Ireland which will be displayed at the checkout based on the items you have ordered. We are currently in the process of improving the services we offer to customers based on the UK’s offshore islands and outside of the UK.
Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey orders are £13.99 for a 3-5 working day service.

Designed to inspire children's imaginations, the Playaway Townhouse will allow your little ones to create their very own world of fun and adventure.
Featuring two fixed styrene safety glazed windows, and an upstairs platform accessed by ladder, giving your children plenty of room to play in a bright and airy space. Finished in an attractive dipped honey brown, the Townhouse is clad with robust 12mm shiplap, with a 12mm tongue and groove floor, and a moisture resistant OSB roof complete with premium quality mineral roofing felt.
Safety is our priority. All of our children's buildings are compliant with European Standard EN71 for Child Safety, and regularly reviewed and retested when necessary to comply to latest regulations. For more safety information, please see our assembly instructions in the 'Downloads' section.
